Factor4 provides training session in EPC contracting
Within the guarantEE project and the professional framework of IFMA (International Facility Management Association), Factor4 provides a training session in energy performance contracting. Tips & tricks will be provided with respect to working with ESCOs in an integrated manner, covering topics like energy saving, technical maintenance and monitoring of indoor comfort.
The session will take place on June 7th in Diegem (near Brussels), Pegasuslaan 4.

Energy performance contracting appears to be emerging in Flanders. Both private and public sector entities start discovering the advantages of outsourcing to Energy Service Companies (ESCOs). In an EPC contract, an ESCO provides guarantees pertaining to the levels of energy savings, maintenance and comfort.
